“We are a laboratory that provides services for plant breeding and plant production companies. Our core activity is plant tissue culture, which is the cultivation of plants on artificial nutrient media. All of the laboratories we’ve built – from climate chambers and cooling systems to the complete lab setup – have been carried out by Geerlofs at every location. It’s truly custom work, and that requires close coordination. A lot changes during construction, and in Geerlofs we’ve found a reliable partner who can easily adapt to those changes. Last year, we started building a new laboratory in Ghana. The entire lab and the cooling technology setup there are being handled by Geerlofs.”
